The visuals, shader code, renders and recordings on rythmiklytt.art are original, copyrighted works of Rythmik Lytt and the credited artists. You are welcome to watch, play and share them through the site and the ways it provides. Copying, downloading, scraping, extracting or reverse-engineering the shaders or other content, using it to train AI models, or republishing it anywhere without written permission is not allowed. Automated access for those purposes, including by AI agents, is prohibited. Unauthorized use is pursued.
What we collect, and why
- Access log. Each page view and each request for protected media is recorded with the IP address, time, page, browser (user agent), referring page and language. Purpose: security, preventing abuse, and protecting the copyrighted works on the site.
- Plays. How many times and how long each scene is played, counted per scene, so artists can be credited and paid. The IP address is used briefly to avoid counting one visitor twice; the counts store no personal data.
- Accounts. If you sign in, your email address, used to send sign-in links and to run your account. Artist claims also send the name, email and proof link you enter to us for review.
- Payments. Handled by Stripe. We never see or store card details; we keep what is needed to deliver your licence.
- Music you play on a TV or the phone remote. Uploaded tracks are stored only while the room is in use and deleted with it after 2 hours idle. Music you play or drop on this page stays in your browser.
- Cookies and browser storage. A sign-in cookie when you are signed in;
rl_reffor 90 days when you arrive through a partner link, so the partner is credited; your slider settings and a play-count timer kept in your own browser. No advertising or tracking cookies.
How long
Access logs are kept for up to 3 years, so that misuse of the works can be investigated. Account data is kept while the account exists. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Who processes it
Fly.io hosts the site (servers in Frankfurt, EU). Supabase runs sign-in, Resend sends sign-in and licence emails, and Stripe handles payments. We do not sell personal data. We share it with authorities or in legal proceedings when the law requires it or to enforce our rights.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Turkey's KVKK), you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Write to hello@rythmiklytt.art.
